Exclusive Education urgently require a Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor for a long term full time position working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils within a mainstream secondary school.
The position will be supporting the Inclusion Manager in a seperate unit within the school, working with young people with behavioural difficulties including incorrect uniform and behaviour within the classroom.
The successful candidate will have the ability to foster strong rapport with young people and effectively build relationships with designated pupils.
