You will receive on the job training which will cover the whole recruitment process, our Company Aims, Objectives and Values.
The role will involve:-
- Managing the day to day running of the Admin department
- Managing a team of approximately 3 Resourcers
- Assisting in the attracting candidates to the business
screening candidates, booking interviews, meeting and greeting applicants, managing the clearance process and completing reference and vetting checks. The role would be for a Resourcer with the potential to progress onto the role of Recruitment Consultant. The qualities these roles require are:
- A self- motivated and driven work ethic
- Have a natural ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Proven track record for sales
- Be able to sell the services of the Company to clients and candidates
- Resource and interview candidates and sell them into clients whilst overcoming objections
- A real hunger and desire to develop the opportunity
