1-1 Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant Required

Salary/ Rate: £75-£85 per day

Exclusive Education is looking to appoint a TA to work across KS3 and KS4 at a secondary school in Warrington This role is for 5 days per week, is to start immediately, on a contract until July 2022.

The ideal candidate will have previous TA experience, will be confident undertaking work to the KS3 and KS4 curriculum. The candidate must also be experienced in providing personal care and have experience in supporting pupils with Social Emotional and Mental Health, Behaviour, attachment and trauma and know how to work as part of the Nurture Group. SALT training would be desirable.

Also will consider candidates with a background working in care, residential support work, sports coaching would be welcome for these roles as well as those without SEN experience but looking to build their experience in this area.

Previous experience working with pupils within a school setting is desirable but school are happy to consider candidates with other experience of working with children and young people from other settings including sports coaching, residential and care. Applicants without a background working with SEMH pupils but a strong desire to support pupils with SEMH are welcome to apply.
