Mechanic’s Teaching Assistant
Salary/Rate: £65 per day
A Teaching Assistant is required to work in a vocational provision at a Special School. The role will be supporting the Mechanics Teacher in the delivery to the mechanics programme with young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues and challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting young people with challenging behaviour and barriers to learning. A previous working background in mechanics is not essential, but a keen interest and knowledge of cars and mechanics would be needed for the role.
The role is for an immediate start.
