Morning Teaching Assistant – Liverpool

Salary/ Rate: £33 per day

Exclusive Education is looking to appoint an SEN Teaching Assistant to work across EYFS, through to Key Stage 5 at a school in the North West supporting with personal care, Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviour. This role is for 5 days per week, is to start as soon as possible working full time on a long term basis working 8:30am to 1:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have previous Teaching Assistant experience, previous personal care experience and previous experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs.  An understanding and training in PEC’s, Teach or Team Teach would be desirable.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

  • Hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3) (desirable)
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
  • Have previous experience of working with children in the last 2 years
  • Excellent knowledge of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Previous KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4 and KS5 experience
  • Previous experience of assisting with personal care
  • Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs
  • Two references working with children
  • Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint a Behavioural Teacher to work in a Special Educational Needs school in the North West. The role will start as soon as possible. They are looking for a teacher to take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching. Working in a friendly, lively and vibrant school. The candidate must have experience in supporting pupils with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and have good behaviour management.

The School are looking at taking on either an NQT or a Qualified Teacher for this role as long as the ideal candidate is able to implement strong behaviour management strategies whilst adhering to school policies. Previous teaching experience is desirable.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed. or a BA Hons
