Primary Complex Needs Teaching Assistant

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint an SEN Teaching Assistant to work at a SEN Primary School with pupils who have Complex Needs in Liverpool. This role is for 5 days per week and will start asap on an ongoing basis. This role may include some Personal Care.  

Previous SEN experience is required and working within Key Stage 3 and 4 classes 

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria; 

  • Hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3) (desirable) 
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident 
  • Have previous experience of working with children in the last 2 years  
  • Excellent knowledge of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks 
  • Previous KS1 and KS2 experience  
  • Two references working with children  
  • Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one

Exclusive Education is looking to appoint a one to one SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in Primary and Secondary schools in Newton-Lee-Willows. This one to one SEN Teaching Assistant role is for 5 days per week and is to start in September.  

The ideal candidate will have previous SEN Teaching Assistant experience and experience of working with pupils with ASD and ADHD.
