This role is for 5 days per week, is to start as soon as possible working full time.

The ideal candidate will have previous Teaching Assistant experience, will be confident undertaking work to the curriculums and must have experience in supporting pupils with SEN with SEMH.

Also will consider candidates with a background working in care, residential support work, sports coaching would be welcome for these roles as well as those without SEN experience but looking to build their experience in this area.

The role is to work with pupils from KS1 through to KS4 supporting with Social, Emotional and mental health needs and challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have previous Teaching Assistant experience, working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health. Previous experience working with pupils within a school setting is desirable but school are happy to consider candidates with other experience of working with children and young people from other settings including sports coaching, residential and care. Applicants without a background working with SEMH pupils but a strong desire to support pupils with SEMH are welcome to apply.

The ideal teacher will be an experienced, high achieving and dedicated Teacher who is passionate about building confidence and keeping pupils engaged, must be able to independently plan, prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that progress pupils toward achievement.

Candidates are required to have recent experience of the curriculum. You’ll also be responsible for marking students’ work and providing them with necessary feedback, encouragement and support.
