Role expectations:
– 5 days a week full-time teaching Year’s 3-6
– Duties will include planning and marking, assessment, parents evenings and after school club assistance, PE.
– Full SATs preparation and previous knowledge for working with older classes
– Teachers must hold QTS and have KS2 experience in a mainstream primary with proven strong behavioural management skills.
– NQT’s with KS2 experience will be considered

Requirements for candidates will include:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), NQT or Overseas Qualified Teachers.
– PGCE or relevant Degree
– Up- to-date knowledge of the British National Curriculum.
– Relevant recent teaching experience.
– Own transport could be an advantage but not essential.

Qualified Teaching Assistants Needed!

Exclusive Education are looking for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to work on short term, long term and day to day contracts in a variety of schools across the North West. We currently do not have enough staff to meet the constant demand of our clients!

You will be addressing the needs of children who require help to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside the school, in order to achieve their full potential and to enable the school to raise standards of achievement, improve attendance and raise standards of behaviour. You will need to also work in a pastoral role with identified children’s families and work in partnership with other professional agencies.

In addition, you will:

  • work with pupils on individual targets set by teaching staff
  • organise liaison on behalf of pupils with colleagues, parents and outside agencies in a professional manner being aware of confidentiality
  • be able to support and develop our nurture group
  • support for teachers by raising the awareness of teaching staff to the strengths and difficulties of individual pupils
  • assist teaching staff in the monitoring and evaluation of pupils’ progress, providing them with feedback on observations undertaken
  • understanding the emotional and social needs of pupils with whom working and contribute to planning of learning activities
  • assist in the assessment and monitoring of individual pupils and their Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for children who need learning support
  • completed other duties as required by the teaching staff

Cover Supervisors

COVER SUPERVISORS REQUIRED – Liverpool, Southport, Runcorn, St Helens and Wirral areas

Are you looking to gain experience in a school to support your PGCE application or get more experience working within education?

Exclusive Education are currently seeking Cover Supervisor’s for a number of scholls in the Liverpool, Southport, Runcorn, St. Helens and Wirral areas.

Working as a Cover Supervisor is an ideal way of building on past school experience for those looking to gain a career in the education sector or go on to complete Teacher Training.

Cover Supervisors are required on an ongoing basis to:

  • Provide the pupils with work already set by the Teacher
  • Supervise and manage a classroom of pupils, while enabling a constructive and positive learning environment
  • Collect completed work after the lesson and pass to the appropriate teacher
  • Provide feedback to senior staff where appropriate

Applicants are expected to have at least 6 months experience of working with children in the past 2 years, formal qualifications are not necessary. Applicants who have experience teaching sports clubs to children, attended Camp America or Active Soccer or have other similar experiences will be suitable for the role.

The following skills are desirable for becoming a Cover Supervisor:

  • Highly adaptable as there is no a regular timetable
  • Open to work in a range of schools and areas
  • Resilient as you will deal with a variety of situations
  • Behaviour management skills

One to One Teaching Assistant

Exclusive Education are seeking a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant with experience working with Autistic pupils in the North west area.

One to One SEN Teacher

A Special Needs Teacher is required to work with our clients. The schools cater for Secondary aged pupils with complex Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour. The role will involve teaching a range of subjects across the Curriculum. You will be working one to one with pupils and encouraging learning. You should be enthusiastic and engage pupils. You must have strong behaviour management.

Applicants must have;

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with pupils with SEBD ideally
  • Sound knowledge of child development
  • Experience working with pupils with Special Needs
  • An understanding and training in PEC’s, Teach or Team Teach would also be desirable
