You will have the schools behaviour policy to use to manage the pupils behaviour and the support of senior management when required.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a secondary school or college setting as either as a Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor or Teacher. The position may also suit graduates with a sport or coaching background.

The ideal candidate for this vacancy will have experience of working in a variety of schools across the North West as a Cover Supervisor. Your duties will be managing a classroom of students to enable a constructive learning environment for students to enable them to continue with the work that has been set by a Qualified Teacher. You will respond to any questions from pupils about the work, collecting and completing work after each lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher. You will report back as appropriate using the schools agreed referral procedure on the behaviour of pupils and any issues arising.
