1-1 SEN Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Exclusive Education is looking to appoint a one to one SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with challenging behaviours in St Helens, Widnes and Runcorn.

The ideal candidate will have previous SEN Teaching Assistant experience and experience of working with pupils with ASD and ADHD.   

In order to be considered for this one to one SEN Teaching Assistant role we require you meet the following criteria; 

  • Hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3) (desirable) 
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident 
  • Have previous experience of working with children in the last 2 years  
  • Excellent knowledge of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks 
  • Curriculum experience  
  • Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs  
  • Two references working with children  
  • Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one

Primary Social, emotional and mental health Teaching Assistant

Exclusive Education is looking to appoint an SEMH Teaching Assistant to work within a SEN school in St Helens. This role is for 5 days per week, is to start as soon as possible working full time. The role is to work with pupils in KS1 supporting with Social, Emotional and mental health needs and challenging behaviour. 

The ideal candidate will have previous Teaching Assistant experience, working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health. Previous experience working with pupils within a school setting is desirable but school are happy to consider candidates with other experience of working with children and young people from other settings including sports coaching, residential and care.

Secondary Challenging Behaviour Art Teacher

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint a full time Art Teacher to work in an Secondary SEMH school with very challenging behaviour in Birkenhead. They are looking for a teacher to work 5 days per week on a long term basis.

The School are looking at taking on either an ECT or a Qualified Teacher for this role as long as the ideal candidate is able to implement strong behaviour management strategies whilst adhering to school policies. Previous teaching experience is desirable.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed. or a BA Hons

Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident

Have previous experience of working with children and supporting pupils with challenging behaviour

Have good knowledge of the full Art curriculum

Previous KS3 and KS4 teaching experience

Two references working with children covering the last 2 years

Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one

Challenging Behaviour Teacher

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint a Challenging Behaviour Teacher to work in a specialist school for children in Warrington. The role will start as soon as possible on an on-going basis. They are looking for a teacher to take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching. Working in a friendly, lively and vibrant school.
